Job Title: Caregiver

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Participate in the development of monthly updates to ISPs and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and Risk Management programs.
  • Provide life skills and life enriching activities, such as assisting with meals, transportation, and daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure the community is in compliance with regulations and promotes a safe and healthy environment.
  • Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
