Job Summary

As a Front Desk Clerk at Best Western Pahrump Oasis, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth stay. Your responsibilities will include registering guests, assigning rooms, and accommodating special requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and room assignments.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling monetary transactions and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous hotel-related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
