Job Title: Counter Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Counter Server to join our team at Due' Cucina Italiana. As a Counter Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, including handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and making change
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work under stress and maintain a positive attitude
  • Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit
