Nurse Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Generalist to join our team at Ridgeview Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health needs and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans accordingly.
- Provide nursing care, advise, and educate patients, family members, and significant others on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and serve as a patient advocate in seeking appropriate community resources.
- Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers, other healthcare providers, and colleagues.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process.
- BLS Certification.
- ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within 6 months from hire date.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- 1-3 years of Medical Surgical Nursing experience.
- TNCC or CALS.
- ACLS, PALS, or ENPC.
