Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Clerk/Assistant to join our team at BlueWave Ventures. As a Property Drainage Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing drainage applications, monitoring and controlling wastewater facilities, and providing consultation on property drainage.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process drainage applications in accordance with city regulations
- Monitor and control wastewater facilities for property drainage
- Consult on property drainage, including options for wastewater development and rainwater management
- Participate in updating city drainage regulations and water law procedures
- Contribute to drainage concepts in urban planning and heavy rain consultation for property owners
Requirements
- Completed training as a master or technician in wastewater, plumbing, civil engineering, or a comparable field
- Technical education with a willingness to further educate yourself, ideally several years of professional experience in drainage systems or wastewater treatment plants
- Application and knowledge of relevant legal and administrative regulations, particularly the Water Resources Act
