Key Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the scheduling, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, execution, and management of engineering initiatives related to F/A-18 Weapons Integration testing.
  • You will create technically robust flight test plans and reports, design testable scenarios, profiles, and procedures to utilize data for generating flight test cards.
  • You will establish and maintain test schedules for a flight test program and provide guidance in training junior personnel.
  • You will collaborate with the Weapon Systems Integration Lead Test Engineer and project officer in the development of test plans and flight test strategies, facilitating data requests with relevant data centers.
  • You will contribute to technical engineering assessments, comprehend system requirements, acquire detailed knowledge of the F/A-18 Integration efforts, and leverage that expertise to support a dynamic testing program.
