We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a travel allied professional. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Cross Country Allied, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans for patients with swallowing, speaking, and understanding disorders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language development.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current state license and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
