Perishable Food Clerk

**Job Summary:**
As a Perishable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our Prepared Foods team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive the freshest products available. This involves servicing customers by filling their orders, maintaining product levels in sales cases, and rotating stock to meet code dating procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exemplary customer service by greeting customers and ensuring their orders are filled to meet their expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, floor, and sanitation regulations.
- Set up deli/cheese case according to company standards and procedures.
- Replenish product in sales cases, rotating stock and ensuring code dating procedures are followed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- No high school diploma required.
- Food Safety experience is desirable.
- Age requirement: at least 16 years old.
