About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archiving Clerk to join our team at Eclipse Innovations. As an Archiving Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify transport documents against wholesale invoices and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation, digitization, and verification of various types of documents, including delivery notes and invoices
  • Maintain and care for scanners and other equipment
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products, with knowledge of ZAM and EDP a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
