Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
- Clinical care of neurology patients

Required Qualifications:
- Able to obtain unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Able to obtain Board Certification or board eligibility in Neurology
- Able to obtain Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
