**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our team at Mohawk Opportunities Inc. As a Service Coordinator, you will provide services to adults with mental illness, including:
- Crisis Prevention Skills: Teach clients crisis prevention techniques to manage their symptoms and maintain stability.
- Socialization Skills: Encourage clients to engage in social activities and build relationships with others.
- Daily Living Skills: Teach clients essential daily living skills, such as cleaning and organization.
- Medication Supervision: Assist clients with medication refills and provide education on medication use and side effects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field are preferred.
