- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Hold a valid ServSafe certification.

- Maintain a current driver's license and insurance, as you will need to drive your own vehicle for essential tasks.

- Exhibit regular and punctual attendance with a flexible schedule, including the ability to cover shifts on short notice.

- Prioritize the recruitment and ongoing training of all team members.
