Christian Hospital is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Technologist to join our team. As a Cardiothoracic Technologist, you will play a critical role in the success of our Cardiothoracic Surgery department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Cardiothoracic Surgery equipment and supplies.
- Provide technical support for Cardiothoracic Surgery procedures, including CABG's, AVR, MVR, Thoracoscopy, Thoracotomy, Robotic Thoracoscopy, TAVR, Impella's, and Pericardial windows.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient operating room environment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- 2 years of experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery or a related field.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
