We are seeking a certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.


Job Description:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, with various medical conditions, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Evaluate patient data, identify potential problems, and develop treatment plans to improve lung function and overall health.
  • Operate ventilators, oxygen therapy equipment, and other medical devices to support patient breathing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment, including medication administration, test results, and progress notes.

Requirements:
  • Certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required. A Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license by the State of Nebraska is also necessary.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are mandatory.

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
