Responsibilities:

  1. Meet staffing, revenue, sales metrics, and operational goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
  2. Train and develop a skilled team of Spa Consultants who deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Promote our brand through effective visual merchandising and product display.
  4. Manage payroll hours and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  5. Develop schedules that balance business needs and guest satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and coach your team accordingly.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include hourly + commission, free services, and more.
