Job Summary

Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide essential in-home care services to our clients in Monongah, WV. As a Non Medical Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing support with activities of daily living, companionship, and emotional support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Communicate with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Benefits

This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $12 to $14 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition to a competitive salary, our employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes supplemental medical, dental, and vision insurance.
