Refrigeration Technician Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a mechanically skilled individual to join our team as a Refrigeration Technician Trainee. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of transport refrigeration, working with our team of experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair Carrier Transicold refrigeration units.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the installation and maintenance of Carrier Transicold refrigeration units on trucks, trailers, and APUs
* Perform basic refrigeration maintenance and repairs
* Develop skills in refrigeration diagnostics and troubleshooting

Requirements:

* Positive attitude and ability to set goals and accomplish them
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Valid driver's license and CDL a plus
* DOT physical required
