LPN Night Shift Position at Rosemont Center

Rosemont Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a night shift position. As an LPN at Rosemont Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, writing care plans, and supervising nursing assistants.
  • Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status and implement necessary interventions.
  • Respond to resident and family concerns, documenting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Coordinate admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
  • Collaborate with licensed and registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) licensure within the state of practice.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus.
  • One year of relevant nursing experience.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
