Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization, Pathway Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative management, with a focus on behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic vision and direction for the organization
    • Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures
    • Lead and manage a team of administrative staff
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of clients
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
    • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the development and management of budgets
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines
    • Make recommendations for financial planning and resource allocation
  • Community Relations and Partnerships
    • Represent Pathway Inc. in the community and at state-level agency meetings
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
    • Develop and implement strategies for community outreach and engagement
  • Quality Improvement and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
    • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of administrative management experience in behavioral health care
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
    • Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and industry standards
