Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community at Brookdale Sakonnet Bay. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, and driving business growth.

• Lead the community's operations, including associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute the business plan, driving revenue and profitability growth in partnership with the district team.
• Collaborate with sales to drive sales results and create an inclusive community culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care.
• Supervise and direct community management, empowering department leaders to supervise, direct, and motivate staff.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with management team, department leaders, and associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement plans to improve or maintain performance to Company service and financial standards.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy or revenue targets, working closely with the community sales leader to develop new business and generate leads.
• Identify and build positive relationships with local influencers and professionals to raise community profile and represent the community and the Company to governmental agencies, professional organizations, and community groups.

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of operational leadership experience required.
• Valid administrator or nursing home administrator license in states where required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
