Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced SLP to work as an independent contractor, providing speech and language services to students in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active state license, and at least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students' specific needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, focusing on speech, language, and communication goals.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure effective communication strategies are utilized in the classroom.

Requirements
