Dough Packer

At Panera Bread, we're committed to serving high-quality, freshly baked bread and pastries to our customers. As a Packer in our Fresh Dough Facility, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading dough and produce from trailers and cabinets
• Combining dough and produce to create cafe orders
• Working in a refrigerated environment to maintain product quality and safety
• Following rigorous procedures to ensure consistently delicious products
• Ensuring a safe, clean working environment that follows FDA Good Manufacturing Practice regulations

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Food manufacturing experience
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push carts up to 400 pounds with or without assistance
