Janitorial Specialist

Job Title: Janitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable Janitor to join our team at TWE Global. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our winery facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and sanitize all areas of the winery, including offices, laboratories, restrooms, and tasting rooms
* Empty trash and recycling, sweep and mop floors, and remove cobwebs
* Dust furniture, counters, and other surfaces
* Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and other high-touch areas
* Maintain outdoor areas, including sweeping and cleaning walkways and patios

Requirements:

* Previous cleaning experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Physical stamina for cleaning tasks
* Flexible schedule to accommodate winery hours
* Ability to work weekends required

The base pay range for this position is $19 to $21 per hour. This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend on numerous job-related factors, including candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data.
