Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Global Channel Management. As a Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for testing and validation of methods on Immunohematology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing and validation of methods on Immunohematology products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory agencies.
  • Assure adherence to cGMP guidelines and regulations, including FDA, OSHA, ISO, and cGMP.
  • Perform manual dexterity tasks, such as handling instruments and completing repetitive motions, while standing for long periods of time.
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to limit exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support laboratory operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Biology.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a cGMP environment.
  • Familiarity with guidelines and regulations of FDA, OSHA, ISO, and cGMP.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a 1st shift position, with flexibility to work some weekends and overtime as required.
