Position Overview

Fraser is on the lookout for a dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to become a vital part of our Rehabilitation Therapy team. In this capacity, you will deliver comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and support to children and their families, particularly at our specialized Autism Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up assessments within the required timeframe, setting appropriate treatment objectives.
  • Implement therapeutic strategies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their child's developmental progress.
  • Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specialists.
  • Ensure all therapeutic equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate with funding sources as necessary to facilitate service reimbursement.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders with a focus on Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Current licensure from the Minnesota Department of Health (at least a temporary license).
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year candidates.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Compensation:

The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $81,000, depending on qualifications, along with a $2,000 hiring bonus.

Work Schedule:

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule during standard business hours.
