About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Server to join our team at Wallick Communities. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Set up and clean the dining room before and after each meal service, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock and maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage supplies of utensils, cups, glasses, and other dining essentials, ensuring they are always available and in good condition.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a great dining experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
