About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA Software Engineering Team. As a Web QA Software Engineer intern, you will be responsible for developing innovative tests to ensure the validity of URLs throughout our system, utilizing Python, Postgres, Jenkins, Django, and React.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refactor existing tests and tools for the project.
  • Collaborate with systems to update our current software.
  • Develop and rigorously test our solutions.
  • Gain an understanding of our tools, frameworks, and interactions with exchanges.
  • Present and market your solution to our QA, Data Pipeline Engineering, and web software teams.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with Python and/or Java or other object-oriented language.
  • Comfortable with working in a Linux/Unix terminal and knowledge of at least one scripting language preferred.
  • Self-directed, self-motivated.
  • Django a plus.
