Safety Services Coordinator

National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is looking for a detail-oriented Safety Services Coordinator to support our team in ensuring safe and efficient railroad flagging services.

This role involves providing critical support to our operations team, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, safety protocols, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with Dispatchers, Train Crews, and other Railroad Personnel to ensure compliance with Railroad, State, and Federal Policies
  • Contribute to the identification and resolution of safety-related issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Proficient computer skills in basic email, phone, and text message applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on skills and experience
