- Demonstrate mechanical skills and fabrication expertise
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restoring extensively damaged vehicles, particularly in the custom automotive sector; familiarity with European vehicles is advantageous
- Proficient in welding techniques (Tig & Mig) is essential
- Knowledge of paint application techniques is beneficial (experience with Sikkens Products preferred)
- Experience in working with composite materials is a plus
- Capable of diagnosing problems and suggesting enhancements to current workflows
- Excel in a collaborative work environment and contribute to shared objectives
- Driven to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving workplace
- Proven ability to adapt and learn new skills
- Required to provide basic personal tools
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a range of hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment

- Effectively repair collision-related damage
- Perform body sheet metal fabrication and repairs
- Engage in structural fabrication tasks
- Conduct panel replacements and design modifications
- Execute fiberglass repairs
