Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistician to join our team. As a key member of our research and development organization, you will provide statistical expertise to support the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials and other scientific research studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans, protocols, and programming specifications for clinical trials and other research studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct studies, and to develop and implement statistical methodologies.
  • Provide statistical expertise to support the interpretation of study results and the development of publications.
  • Work with data scientists and programmers to ensure the delivery of high-quality statistical outputs.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models and algorithms to support the analysis of complex data sets.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field, or Ph.D. in a related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • High degree of technical competence and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to perform statistical computations and simulations, and to identify and report data issues or violations of study assumptions.
  • Able to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to achieve higher performance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical or related industry knowledge, including experience and understanding of drug development and life-cycle management in the regulated environment.
  • Competence in experimental and RWE study design, descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, statistical modeling, and statistical programming.
