Position Overview

Role Summary

We are currently seeking a Dedicated Solo Class A CDL Truck Operator to fulfill an immediate vacancy. This role is based in a regional capacity, providing essential transportation services across multiple states.

If you are considering transitioning from an Owner Operator to a Company Driver, we offer support to facilitate this change seamlessly.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Weekly Pay Schedule
  • Average Earnings: $1403 - $1700 per week
  • Pay Structure: $0.60 per mile for solo miles, with a minimum of 2000 miles weekly
  • Stop Pay: $18.75 for each stop, with an expectation of 8+ stops weekly
  • Per Diem: $27.50 per night for 3-4 nights per week
  • Overnight routes utilizing sleeper trucks
  • Loyalty Bonus: $5000, distributed as $2500 at 6 months and $2500 at 12 months
  • Comprehensive Paid Training
  • Work Schedule: Primarily Tuesday to Friday, with no weekend shifts
  • Start Time: 4:00 AM

Our fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer. Our drivers focus on servicing the route rather than the vehicle itself. Each driver benefits from 24/7 roadside assistance provided by trained technicians, and our service employees handle fueling at over 800 maintenance facilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Successful completion of a drug test
  • Background and motor vehicle checks, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last three years
  • Passing a DOT physical examination
  • Successful completion of a road test
  • Possession of a valid CDL and necessary endorsements
  • Class A experience in a tractor-trailer or similar vehicle:
    • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
    • 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR
    • 5 years experience within the last 10 years
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to regulations
  • Capable of interpreting and applying laws and policies

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Identifying and mitigating safety hazards
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records
  • Loading and unloading freight as required
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
