Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
