Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Demand Generation to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue for our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Create and implement a demand generation strategy that aligns with our portfolio companies' business goals and objectives. This includes identifying and prioritizing target accounts, developing compelling messaging and content, and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand generation initiatives. This includes developing and delivering training programs to ensure that our teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Measure and Optimize Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our demand generation efforts. Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize our strategies to achieve better results.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the budget and resources allocated to demand generation initiatives, ensuring that we are maximizing our return on investment (ROI) and achieving our business objectives.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
- 5-10 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and manage competing deadlines and priorities.
