Qualifications:

* Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
* One year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* Sufficient endurance to perform tasks during an 8 hour shift

Certifications and Licensures:

* Licensed to practice as a practical nurse or vocational nurse in the state of agency operation
* Valid CPR certification
* Licensed driver
