Job Summary

Clinical Leads at Atrium Health provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of assigned shifts on clinical units. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care, collaborating with other disciplines, and participating in daily rounds to plan for patient care. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think analytically and work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to subordinate staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to provide a continuum of care
  • Participate in daily rounds to plan for patient care
  • Assist with financial planning and control, nursing standards, and quality assurance
  • Responsible for human resource management and training activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license with the Georgia State Board of Nursing
  • Minimum six (6) months experience as a Clinical Nurse
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
