Clinical Supervisor

Temporary Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the counseling services provided to children and families in need of urgent care.

• Facilitate the development of Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) for each assigned resident.
• Provide input associated with the counseling component of the program to Case Managers.
• Assess for trafficking concerns and refer qualified residents to the Office of Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) Division of ORR.
• Review and facilitate daily group therapy and various topical groups through the Counseling program.
• Participate as an active member of the routine federal staffing.
• Work with Case Managers to make recommendations for the appropriate transition.
• Provide weekly supervision meetings to assigned therapists.
• Manage Paycom by reviewing and approving time off requests to ensure proper clinical coverage.

Requirements:

• Licensure to provide counseling services.
• Ability to work with adolescents and families in a counseling setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
