Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the confidentiality of all patient information.
- Executes assigned tasks accurately and promptly.
- Conducts all procedures as directed by the facility and/or licensed personnel within the defined scope of practice.
- Protects clients/patients by adhering to proper infection control protocols, including universal precautions.
- Alerts the supervising nurse regarding any unusual findings or conditions.
- Complies with the standards and procedures established by all facilities.
- Punctually arrives at the facility prior to the start of the scheduled shift to sign in at the nursing office and report to the designated unit for orientation.
- Maintains a positive representation of the facility at all times.
- Exhibits flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of all facilities.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
