About the Role

Starlight Care Companion invites applications for a Physical Therapist position on a PRN (per diem) basis. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement physical therapy programs focused on rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with patients in their homes to achieve maximum physical recovery
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy treatments and communicate patient progress
  • Record and document patient care services
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide well-rounded care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to build rapport with patients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
