Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team at Belle Tire. As an Automotive Glass Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing windshields and other windows and mirrors in a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles for damage prior to performing any work
  • Inspect new glass for imperfections before installation
  • Use proper techniques to remove damaged glass without causing additional damage
  • Install new glass to Belle Tire standards
  • Handle glass safely and effectively
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Basic qualifications: 18 years of age, valid driver's license, prior experience in auto glass repair/replacement
  • Preferred qualifications: automotive background, high school diploma/GED
  • Physical requirements: ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, perform bending, twisting, and other physical tasks
