About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for justice and a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation, with the ability to handle complex cases from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Negotiate settlements and verdicts.
  • Represent clients in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted and in good standing with the state bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary $150k-$200k (commensurate with experience) + Bonus.
  • Bonus: 10% Attorney fees for every case resolved, no cap, paid monthly.
