Job Summary:

The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the proper sanitation of our production equipment and facilities. This includes supervising sanitation employees, cleaning and inspecting equipment, and training employees to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise sanitation employees to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Train employees on sanitation procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sanitation practices
  • Monitor and report on sanitation metrics to ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sanitation or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with USDA or other regulatory agencies
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
