Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our professional team at Sigma Health Rehab. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Provide treatment based on the specific goals of the OT
  • Document patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising OT
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide personalized care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant college or university
  • Valid professional license and registration for the state of practice
  • Preferred experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care
  • Preferred well-versed in documentation writing
