We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Art Appreciation courses to students in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) correctional facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach freshman and sophomore-level Art Appreciation courses to students in TDCJ correctional facilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that integrate technology and promote student learning
  • Maintain accurate student records and submit required reports to the Admissions & Records Office
  • Provide guidance and support to students as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the College
Requirements
  • Master's degree in the teaching field or a Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching field
  • Candidates must pass a criminal background check by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ)
