Geriatric Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Liberty Health.
Estimated Salary: $7,500 - $10,000 per year
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support oral hygiene routines, including denture care as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse.
- Perform various tasks as assigned by the charge nurse.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be listed in the DFS registry as a certified nursing assistant.
- Have a genuine concern for geriatric patients' welfare and be willing to provide individualized care.
- Ability to follow orders and participate in in-service training and staff meetings as required.
