Head of Regional Infrastructure

Vyve Broadband is a leading broadband Internet provider serving non-urban communities across 16 states. As Head of Regional Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our regional infrastructure, including managing local technical teams, coordinating customer service and technical operations, and ensuring plant reliability and first call resolution.

This role requires a strong leadership presence, with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve strategic company goals. You will lead system upgrades, repairs, and construction efforts, as well as develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing infrastructure plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Leading team efforts to provide problem-solving and optimal solutions for daily field and headend operations.
• Coordinating with Commercial, Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure operations.

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
