About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at American Renal Associates. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record vital signs, initiate cannulation, and perform patient observations
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines
  • Develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved certification
  • Current BLS/CPR certification

$18.50 - $25.00 / hour depending on experience
