Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Associates in Pediatric Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children and their families receive the therapy services they need to thrive.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Occupational Therapist is to evaluate and provide treatment for patients with physical, emotional, and/or psychosocial needs. This includes:

  • Evaluating children from birth to age 21 for fine motor development, visual motor development, sensory processing and modulation differences, executive functioning skills, and more
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintaining professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities and upholding federal/state licensure and ethical expectations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and an applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for providing high-quality, family-centered care
