We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN Ortho Neuro Trauma to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Supervise and educate non-licensed nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in orthopedic and neurological care preferred.
