Birthday Party Host Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Birthday Party Host to lead exciting activities and create unforgettable experiences for children at the YMCA of West Bend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests by maintaining an active presence at all birthday parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled parties to set up and ensure a smooth experience for our guests.
  • Engage with party guests and hosts, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of party rooms, including the gym and pool areas.
  • Deliver party rules and instructions to hosts and guests, including pool safety guidelines.
  • Lead party activities in the gym, including Nerf battles and other fun games.
Requirements:
  • 16 years of age minimum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
