Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional support to individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care and guidance to clients in a compassionate and ethical manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one behavioral support services to clients.
- Implement behavior modification strategies and skill development protocols.
- Accurately collect and document client behavioral data.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, their families, and supervisory staff.
- Assist in the assessment process and contribute to the development of client-specific learning materials.
- Seek guidance from supervisors to ensure the successful implementation of treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
- Experience with data collection tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
